Useful surface: 48 × 25 cm, consisting of 3 modules of 16 cm each.

Configuration of your choice:

3 grates or 3 planchas — or a mix such as 2 grates and 1 plancha; simply specify when ordering, at no extra cost.

The grates and planchas are folded to ensure rigidity and stability at high temperatures, and are available in raw steel or stainless steel.

• It must be oiled during the first few uses
• It seasons naturally with heat
• It develops a protective patina over time

Like any authentic steel equipment, it evolves. This is the character of the material, not a defect.

We recommend storing it away from humidity when not in use.

🔥 Usage & seasoning tips

Seasoning (culottage) is an essential step to protect your barbecue and extend its lifespan.

🛠 Before first use
1️⃣ Quickly clean the surface (dry cloth)
2️⃣ Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, or grapeseed)
3️⃣ Start a moderate fire and let heat for 20 to 30 minutes
4️⃣ Let cool naturally

Repeat 2-3 times during the first few uses: this creates a natural protection against oxidation and improves long-term resistance.

✔️ Apply a thin film of oil if necessary
