A Renaissance
ülfi is the French brand founded by Fatih Karaman to regain mastery of fire: a high-tech workshop, expert welders, and local production enable the creation of high-end wood and charcoal cooking appliances. The name, inspired by the Old Norse word Ulfr ("wolf"), embodies strength, courage, and resilience. Acting without waiting for market consent, ülfi offers durable equipment sold directly to enthusiasts, supported by in-house after-sales service and an ecological commitment (1 product sold = 1 tree planted). Born to Burn, Built to Last.
Our Goal
As a French manufacturer, ülfi aims to be the No. 1 in Europe—and soon in the Middle East— for all things related to "raw" wood-fired and charcoal barbecues. We want to be the absolute benchmark: appliances built to last, uncompromising fire control, exemplary after-sales service, and a strong community gathered around the embers.

Authenticity: each piece tells its own story through the grain of the steel and its markings.
Durability: no paint means no chipping. The metal naturally patinas and gains character over time, especially forming a protective layer if maintained.
Cleaning after each use: soft wire brush, dry thoroughly.
Oiling (food-grade linseed oil or dry penetrating oil): apply a thin layer to the cold structure to protect and nourish the steel.
Patina: repeat the process every 2–3 months or after intensive cleaning; the metal will darken and develop a warm patina.
2 to 20 year warranty parts and labor for all private use, some of our products are covered by a 20-year warranty...
