Usage & care instructions

1. Seasoning (first use):

   • Preheat empty for 2 minutes, add a drizzle of oil, heat for another minute, then wipe.

2. Cooking :

   • Sauté your ingredients, add rice and liquids, simmer uncovered.

3. Cleaning :

   • Deglaze with hot water, rinse, dry, then apply a thin layer of oil.

   • Do not use detergent or dishwasher.

4. Storage :

   • Store in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
