St-Louis Ribs / Baby Back 1 tbsp per 450 g – rest 30 min – smoke 110 °C – honey + Honey Hog HOT glaze 10 min at the end.
Pulled Pork / Pork Butt 2 tbsp per kg – marinate 1 h – low & slow until 95 °C internal.
Chicken Wings Oil, sprinkle generously, cook indirect 180 °C – crispy-spicy skin.
Smoked salmon Light dust after olive oil, hot-smoke 120 °C – copper red color.
Roasted vegetables / Sweet potatoes Oil + rub, oven 200 °C – perfect sweet-heat.

(Also works as a “finishing dust” just before serving for color punch & heat.)
