Ribs & pork belly 1 tbsp/450 g, rest 30 min, smoke 110 °C → honey glaze + rub 10 min finish.
Chops, tenderloin Generous coating, sear direct then finish indirect.
Wings & drumettes Oil, sprinkle, indirect cooking 180 °C; golden skin with bacon taste.
Popcorn & roasted nuts Post-cooking pinch for sweet-salty smoked snack.
Roasted vegetables Oil + rub, oven 200 °C; carrots, sweet potatoes “maple-bacon” style.
