Preparation Franklin tip
Brisket & ribs Rub 1 tbsp (≈ 15 g) per 450 g, rest 30 min, smoke low & slow at 110 °C until 95 °C internal.
Chicken & wings Light oil + rub, indirect cooking at 175 °C → golden and crispy skin.
Pulled pork 2 tbsp per kg, marinate 1 h, smoke until uniform bark then shred.
Steaks & burgers ½ tsp per steak, rest 20 min at room temperature, sear over direct heat.
Vegetables & tofu Oil drizzle + pinch of rub, roast or grill at 200 °C for 15 min.
