Ülfi invited on Canal 32 after the Young Enterprise Trophy

After winning the Young Enterprise Trophy, we had the pleasure of being invited on Canal 32 to present the history of Ülfi, our vision, our mission, and our ambitions.

This interview was an opportunity to tell the story of how our brand of barbecues made in France came into being, developed from Romilly-sur-Seine, with a strong desire to design robust, durable, and authentic products for wood and charcoal grilling.

A French brand dedicated to barbecues and wood fires

Ülfi was born from a simple conviction: it is still possible to manufacture solid, high-performance, and durable outdoor cooking equipment in France.

In a market often dominated by standardized products, we chose a different approach: thick steel, local manufacturing, repairability, durability, and the pleasure of fire.

Our goal is not just to sell barbecues. We want to create products capable of bringing people together around fire, cooking, and convivial moments.

From our workshop in Romilly-sur-Seine, in the Aube region, we develop a complete range of outdoor cooking equipment:

• charcoal and wood-fired barbecues,
• American smokers,
• outdoor braziers,
• wood-fired and pizza ovens,
• robust and durable cooking accessories.

Our ambition is clear: to promote a French barbecue brand in Europe, by offering original, solid products designed for real use.
